Turned parts / Milled Parts can be produced in small, medium and large batches. Whether you need a single piece or several thousand, Spitzschuh produces everything in-house, enabling us to respond flexibly to orders of any size. Quality is our top priority: even if you place the largest order possible, we’ll take care to ensure that everything meets the highest standards – down to the last piece.

Materials and Specifications

CNC turned parts / milled parts are available in a wide variety of materials, including commercially available steels, numerous stainless materials, various metal alloys such as aluminum, copper, bronze and brass alloys as well as many types of plastics. We manufacture batches in diameters of up to 700 mm and lengths of up to 6,000 mm.

We also process complex components, delivering your CNC turned or milled parts according to your wishes. Working with reliable partners, we offer heat treatments (tempering, hardening, nitriding, etc.) and surface treatments (sandblasting, glass bead blasting, painting, coating, galvanizing, chrome plating, nickel plating, etc.). Additional services such as grinding, gear cutting and welding are also carried out in partnership with select service providers.
